Missed the show? This show was packed with Warrior Goddesses!!! And it was AWESOME!! You can hear it all right here:
HeatherAsh Amara is a teacher, guide, and author of numerous books. As the founder of Toci – the Toltec Center for Creative Intent, she has facilitated hundreds of workshops in the Toltec tradition and she has taught extensively with don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements. Raised in Southeast Asia, HeatherAsh has traveled the world from childhood and is continually inspired by the diversity and beauty of human expression and experience. She brings this openhearted, inclusive worldview to her writings and teachings, which are a rich blend of Toltec wisdom, European shamanism, Buddhism, and Native American ceremony.
HeatherAsh Amara joined us to discuss her latest book, “Warrior Goddess Training: Become the Woman You Are Meant to Be” and Toltec wisdom! HeatherAsh gave some practical tips for women. Here’s one way of finding calm in the midst of the chaos of daily live: “Insert silence into the gaps. Bring stillness into transitions.” Use the transition from one activity to another, the ride in the car to or from work, the walk to the restroom, to silence your thoughts, take a breath, and be mindful of your breathing.
HeatherAsh is giving several workshop at Toci, in Austin, as well as on-line, so that you can participate wherever you are. Some are for women, such as the Warrior Goddess Training, while others include men in the workshops. Find out more by going to: www.Toci.org.
