We were joined by Rob in Austin to fill us in on what’s happening with the immigration ban and how it affects all of us, no matter our political affiliation. It’s all very confusing and everything is quickly changing, but Rob helped us to make some sense of it all. If you’re interested in becoming part of the democratic process, you can call your Congress person, write letters to the editor of your local newspaper, or find out about groups on the left and on the right…and in the middle… to get more actively involved and make your voice heard.
And Dr. Mara continued with tips about how to get on track to take better care of ourselves so that we have the energy and enthusiasm to follow our dreams and save the world!
