It was an AWESOME show, live on location in Los Angeles, California, broadcasting from the home of entertainment producer, Larry Cohn, in the Hollywood Hills. You can hear the podcast right here:

Veena Badasha and her twin sister, Neena, are the Belly Twins. They are dancers and actresses and they perform and teach workshops on belly dancing, Bollywood dancing, and fitness, in California, around the nation, and internationally. Veena joined me on the patio to talk about what they do and the benefits of dancing, for health and happiness. She told me that she and her sister were the first to have a national company performing Bollywood dancing. You can find out more about them and where they will be giving workshops and you can hire them to perform or teach by going to their website: www.bellytwins.com and their FB page: BellyTwins Productions. We’re looking forward to having the twins come to Texas to give some workshops! (And Thank You to Veena’s 7-year-old nephew, Elijah, M.C. for Fandango’s Reel Kids, for educating our audience about the health risks of drinking soda!!)
Last week, I spoke about how to love yourself more right now. One of the elements of that was to have forgiveness for others and for yourself. This evening, I spoke bit about how to forgive and why.
And MORE from the Hollywood Hills…
Thank you to my nephew, Josh, for taking the pics (except of this one of the two of us!). It was so great to spend time with him!
And here I am on the patio, before the show, preparing!
