Missed tonight’s show? You can hear it right here, at the bottom of this post!
We were joined by Dr. Scott Stoll, former member of the 1994 Olympic Bobsled team and current physician for the U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton team, author of Alive!, national speaker, member of the Whole Foods Scientific and Medical Advisory Board, Plantrician advisory board, Future of Health Now Advisory Board, team physician at Lehigh University and department chairman of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Coordinated Health. Dr. Scott Stoll specializes in regenerative medicine utilizing natural treatments, diet, and lifestyle to aid the body in healing chronic disease and injuries.
Dr. Stoll spoke about healing through nutritional excellence and about his North American Plant Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference, October 24-26, to educate and inspire healthcare professionals to use whole foods as a foundation for healing and disease prevention.
Are you a health care professional interested in attending this conference, with it’s line-up of exceptional speakers? Interested in letting your doctor know about it, so that she/he can have some amazing tools to help treat you? Learn more by going to: http://www.pbnhc.com/.

Here are a few of the tips Dr. Stoll gave tonight to quickly start leading a healthier life: 1. Don’t eat processed food. 2. Try to eat food as close as possible to the way it grows. 3. Start each day with a smoothie made with kale, berries, and almond milk. 4. Add vegetables to every meal. Also, according to Dr. Stoll, nutrition is primary for good health, but also important are stress-management and physical activity. Breathe deep….get up/get moving…and stretch!
Coordinator of the Total Health Immersions and nutrition counselor, Malissa Schwartz joined me in the studio to say hello to Dr. Stoll. (Malissa will be back as a guest on Nov. 17, to talk about quick tips for overcoming obstacles to healthy eating.)
