Missed the show? You can listen to it on the podcast at the end of this post! It was, yet another, show filled with very interesting guests!
Kathy Sparrow, The Adventure Coach, joined me from San Diego, California. Kathy is an award-winning writer, one of the only female saltwater fly fishing guides in the nation for several years on the Lower Laguna Madre in deep South Texas, former professor of English, Master RIM® Facilitator, graduate of Jack Canfield’s 2011 Train the Trainer program, and team member on Jack Canfield’s 2013 Assisting Team. Kathy spoke with us about: Women, Money, and the Inner Male Connection. “Many women have lifelong financial struggles where their cash flow looks more like a roller coaster than a steadily flowing stream––whether married or not, whether engaged in entrepreneurial endeavors or employed by someone else.” You can find out more about Kathy Sparrow, purchase her books, find out about RIM, and find out about receiving coaching for your writing at: http://kathysparrow.com/. Kathy will be teaching a one-hour free teleclass about Women, Money and the Inner Male Connection on Tuesday, November 5, at 4:00 pm Pacific Time. You can find out more and sign up here: http://kathysparrow.com/freecall/. Subscribe to Kathy’s mailing list and find out about the retreats she will be leading in 2014!

AND….I began my discussion of food and stress. I started with discussing the increase of stress caused by too much caffeine. Don’t get me wrong! I LOVE coffee! There are both pros and cons to drinking a cup of “Joe,” but too much caffeine really can cause increased stress. How much is too much coffee? Try to keep it to one cup per day… unless you are making it “half-caf” or even 1/4-caff. Some people, however, really do need to completely cut out the caffeine. Having panic attacks? Trouble sleeping? Frequent tension and agitation? You might be better off with no-caf!
