On this show, I was joined in the studio, once again, by Program Services Coordinator at Arden Courts of Austin & Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Association, Nancy Turco, who spoke about a Brain-Healthy Lifestyle and Brain-Healthy Food. Bottom line, getting enough exercise, sleep, and socialization, as well as reducing stress and getting good nutrition, all help the health of your brain, as well as your overall health. Nancy spoke about the various foods that have been helpful to brain health.
And the soulful and very talented singer/songwriter, Lisa Marshall came back to talk about what she’s been up to since the last time she was on the show…and she teased us by singing the first verses of a few of her new songs. You can see what Lisa will be up to in the coming year by checking out her calendar on her website. You can also purchase some of her recordings and even download the Karaoke version of some of her songs!! Just got to: http://lisamarshallmusic.com/.
