If you missed tonight’s show, it was extremely enlightening! You can hear the podcast at the end of this post!
Best-selling author, PBS “regular,” and a “regular” guest on Dr. OZ, Dr. Joel Fuhrman is a medical doctor, nutritional researcher, renowned speaker and best-selling author who specializes in preventing and reversing disease through nutritional and natural methods. He joined me from New Jersey to talk about healing through nutrition and about his upcoming one-day immersion in Austin, TX, on September 7. Much of what he spoke about is quite revolutionary and may be something you have never heard before, but it is based in solid research and is quite fascinating!! You can learn much more about his nutritarian “Eat To Live” plan by reading his best-selling books, by reading his blog, by attending his various events, and much more…all available at: http://www.drfuhrman.com/! You can also become a member of Dr. Fuhrman’s on-line community to support you in following his plan, at his website. If you are interested in attending Dr. Fuhrman’s one-day immersion in Austin, TX, on September 7, you can sign up right here: http://www.drfuhrman.com/events/texas_one-day_2013/default.aspx. There are still about 50 seats left, so hurry up and get your seat!! I plan to be there and would love to see you there!!

Pretty! This has been a really wonderful post. Thanks for providing this
information.
Thank you, I’ve recently been looking for information about this subject
for ages and yours is the best I have found out so far.
However, what in regards to the bottom line? Are you positive
in regards to the source?
I’m sorry that you can’t hear the interview here. It was great. But, it was when we were on local Austin am radio and those podcasts were not saved when we left the station. However, yes, I trust the source, Dr. Joel Fuhrman. He has a good reputation and has been on PBS for years. You might check out his website or one of his books. I use his guidelines for nutrition as a guide and it has helped me to get my blood sugar into the healthy level, after it was on the borderline of diabetes. I followed his guidance in his book, The End of Diabetes.”
