Also….musician, Carlos Rodriguez, and his fellow band-member, Danielle Spade, of the band Stone Horse, joined us from La Jolla to talk about their musical history and about their band. We even got to hear some of their music. Stone Horse just came out with a new CD, “Grit,” and it’s available at their website: www.stonehorse.net. And, Master Sergeant, Will Williams joined us with some of his mentors to talk about the mentoring program at the Hernandez Middle School in Round Rock, Texas. They currently have 160 mentors who are either high school students or professional adults in the community. Their goal is to have 200 mentors. Interested in becoming a mentor?
