Missed the on-location show from Sunny Florida?? You can listen RIGHT HERE!
This show was broadcast LIVE on-location in the retirement capital of the U.S. Thank you to my on-location support team: Karen Zinna, helped me with tech support, while my two biggest fans (Mom and Dad) were a great audience!
The weather is beautiful here and there are loads of activities to become involved with right on the location where I was broadcasting the show! Check out all of the classes, clubs, shows, dancing, cultural activities, social activities, volunteer opportunities, and more… right here at: Century Village East in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Moving your body on a regular basis is good for both your physical and your mental health. And passionate involvement in any activity, whether it be a social cause, a hobby, a creative endeavor, social relationships, exercise, dancing, or most anything else, is a key ingredient to staying healthy, physically, cognitively, and emotionally, throughout the life-cycle.
Winter resident of Florida and of Century Village East, Selma Tarantola, joined us to talk about all of the many interesting activities available to residents, as well as her favorite activities to participate in. She spoke about how community involvement and helping one’s neighbors are, not only, beneficial to one’s community and one’s neighbors, but are sure-fire ways to feel good!
Veteran MSG Will Williams, who is very active in many community activities, joined us from Round Rock, Texas to talk about the duck races to raise money for Sertoma, helping children with hearing impairments and donating to such charities as Dell Children’s Hospital. You can buy a rubber duck on-line for $1, a flock of ducks for $50, etc., and, on July 4, there will be a race (with a big fan pushing the ducks on the lake). There are many prizes to be won, including a car worth up to $50,000! You do NOT need to be present to win!
Congratulations to MSG Will Williams for being awarded Citizen of the Year since the last time he was on the show!!
And musician, artist, producer, AND producer of THIS show, Art Mendoza, of Accomplice Entertainment, joined us to talk about his musical history and what projects he is working on now! In addition, he gave us a sneak peek into what is upcoming on this show! You can find out more about Art’s projects by following him at Facebook: Accomplice Entertainment.
Once again, you can hear the entire show right AT THIS LINK.
